Everything was beautiful, personnel was reasonably good. In our twin/double room there was an exceptional view of the canal. It had a lovely bed and included a luxury bathroom an excellant shower and a shower. The location turned out to be magnificent, close enough to other areas, 

Clean property with excellent co-operating staff at reception desk. With friendly check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was stylish. Nice interior, amazing restaurant.

The location was great for exploring this very quiet area, really close to the cruise terminal, and the canal in Canareggio. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with 

As for me, the location is stunning, down by the bridge. Plus, it's in Cannaregio district, really close to Restaurants and shops, the bus boats, garden being shut, and Close to a lot of great restaurants.  

The rooms here are air conditioned and romantic with breakfast included.

Had a fine stay.

The service was all in all very good. What I liked was the nice modern room with nice hot breakfast. Secluded location right by what is more important-kind, and beautiful Venice, it was in a great quiet area.  

It had secluded location close to Tre Archi.

Stylish clean property, it has excellent co-operating staff with the manager about. The location is good and very pretty, the check in is friendly.

Incredibly beautiful place all in all, has welcoming stuff with the manager about. This property is in a marvellous and beautiful location, next to touristic areas like San Marco as well as restaurants and the centre. Cannaregio district definitely 

Liked the room with very value for money, my bed was lovely. The service provided there was great. Had opportunity to use wake up service at no cost.

The rooms are neat, functional, and come with air conditioning, a storage, and a hair dryer. The location is marvellous and stunning, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and a casino. This property is located close to a main street and a palace.
